Description

Did you just delete the wrong folder? Accidentally formatted the wrong SSD drive? Did RAID fail you? Or did your SSD drive just decide to stop working? This is what this package is for. If it’s only a few files though that you are trying to recover from you solid state drive (say 5 or less), I’d recommend you opt-in for the inexpensive targeted recovery package.

How does it work? 

1. Add your choice of service to the cart, proceed to checkout and pay the non-refundable $35 deposit*
2. Carefully pack, seal and label the device in a suitable manner and ship it directly to me. If you want your recovered data placed on another hard drive, please make sure you pack that hard drive as well. Alternatively, you could acquire a hard drive from my shop as well.
3. After a thorough check of your device, I will let you know if and how much of your data could be recovered. In case your files cannot be recovered, the device will be mailed back to you directly.
4. Pending your approval and payment, I will then start the recovery process.
5. You will receive a download link with your recovered files which is valid for 10 days.

A few important heads-ups:

1. *I only charge a non-refundable $35 service fee which includes device assessment and the cost of shipping the device back to you in case unsuccessful. The remaining sum will only be charged once you approve the recovery process.
2. If your hard drive is making a ticking or clicking noise, I probably won’t be able to help. I’m sorry.
3. Have you thought about were you are going to place your recovered data? If you do not have enough storage place you could buy an external hard drive from my shop and I would directly place your recovered files on the new drive.
